New track from 19 year old, Sheffield based producer, Squarehead. We caught his set down at Bungalows and Bears at Tramlines last month, supporting XXXY and Midland, and he did not disappoint! Since he came onto the scene a few years ago his style has been evolving and he is still at such a young age. 'Elegante' was featured on Disclosure's Mixmag mix, back in May, along with the title track from his new EP 'Girl'.
We don't know too much more about 'Elegante' except for the fact that I'm sure if you've not already heard it, you will be doing relentlessly, by the time you go back to University. It has a smooth garage beat, filled with layers of synths and pitched vocal chops, similar to that which Pariah made so famous. Here is a preview of it, hopefully this will be seeing a release in the very near future.
